📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including home decor stores, event planners, and corporate clients
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our artificial flower products, utilizing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and refine our product offerings
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure our marketing materials accurately represent our products and resonate with our target audience
• Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve our sales and marketing efforts
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the home decor and artificial flowers sector
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home decor or artificial flowers industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for designing and executing effective marketing campaigns
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
