📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly transport schedules using SAP Logistics Execution.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel consumption to minimize costs.
• Utilize Google Maps API and other GIS tools to analyze traffic patterns and optimize routes.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and manage logistics equipment and supplies.
• Implement and monitor compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on fleet operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet operations planning or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP Logistics Execution and other logistics software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of GIS tools like Google Maps API is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
