• Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans

• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities
• Represent Vistra at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
