As a Document Control Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all technical documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and readily available to support our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows, implement best practices, and leverage advanced tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain document control procedures and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Manage and track document revisions, ensuring that all changes are properly recorded and approved.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify and resolve document-related issues.
• Implement and maintain document management systems, such as PDM (Product Data Management) and EDM (Engineering Data Management) software.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of document control processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to employees on document control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure that all documentation is accessible and retrievable as needed, supporting our semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in document control and data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Documentation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control or a similar role within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with PDM and EDM software, such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in document control or a related field is a plus.
