📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily coffee production and quality control
• Manage and train our team of baristas to ensure consistent high-quality coffee
• Develop and implement coffee recipes and brewing techniques
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer feedback
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the coffee operation
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the coffee industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality coffee
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Certification in coffee brewing or a related field is a plus
