📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods by monitoring and managing supplier performance.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory and procurement roles.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar inventory management methodologies is a plus.
