• Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives across mining operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices and industry standards to achieve sustainable growth.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on operational excellence matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, procurement, or a related field in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and driving operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, including open-pit and underground mining methods.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
