📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire metallurgical process, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Lead a team of metallurgical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production, reduce costs, and enhance operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Monitor and analyze metallurgical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in metallurgical services, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems.
• Proficiency in metallurgical software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
