📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee relations.
• Oversee the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHRP).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a mining or industrial environment is a plus.
