📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call centre operations.,Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with CRM software is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
