📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the hub.
• Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the hub's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
