📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing sales records and maintaining accurate sales data.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the sales team in preparing for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating sales-related events and activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
