Store Web Indonesia is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Pontianak.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products,Work closely with the development team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather information and feedback on our documentation,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Ensure that our documentation meets industry standards and best practices,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively,Strong communication and collaboration skills
