📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure all baked goods meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, including equipment and work areas.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking supplies.,Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional baking environment.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international baking standards and regulations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
