📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow,Maintain accurate records and reports for operational activities,Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance performance,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Familiarity with ERP or other operational management software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven track record of achieving operational goals and targets
