📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring vital signs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.,Monitor and maintain a clean and organized patient room, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.,Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating with other healthcare providers.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
