New Shop Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Department Head to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management, with a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for driving team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve targets.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage department budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze department performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of driving team performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing budgets and resources is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
