In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily delivery routes and schedules.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles.,Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to deliveries.,Supervise and train junior delivery drivers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Keep accurate records of delivery performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a delivery driver.,Valid driver's license for motorbike or car.,Good knowledge of the local area and efficient navigation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Familiarity with delivery management software is a plus.,Clean driving record and good health condition.
