Code One Unggul is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including guest registration and documentation.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and maintain guest confidentiality.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
