This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and damages.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to the Warehouse Manager.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Familiarity with inventory control and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with safety protocols and compliance regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
