📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the Puskesmas.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of healthcare staff.,Manage and maintain medical records and patient information.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Organize and coordinate medical supplies and equipment.,Provide support in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of healthcare programs and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare operational management role.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
