📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
