📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Manage and supervise drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with budgetary constraints.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Assist in the preparation and submission of fleet reports and documentation.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
