📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in patient care and provide medical advice
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medical files
  • Assist in the administration of vaccinations and treatments
  • Educate patients and the community on health and hygiene practices
  • Work closely with the lead Bidan to ensure the smooth operation of healthcare services
  • Participate in community health programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bidan or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Fluency in Indonesian language
  • Valid Bidan certification and license
  • Experience in community health programs is a plus
