📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
