📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures,Monitor sales performance and work with the team to meet or exceed targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards,Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
