Big Apple Nursery is looking for a dynamic and creative Short-Form Video Producer & Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality short-form videos that will captivate our audience and drive engagement on our social media platforms. We are seeking someone who is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and is able to work both independently and as part of a team. If you have experience in video production and editing, and are eager to create compelling content, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position based in Canggu, Bali, with a competitive salary package of IDR 12,000,000 - 14,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy for our social media platforms, focusing on short-form videos.
  • Create engaging and high-quality short-form videos that align with our brand's voice and values.
  • Edit and enhance videos to ensure they are visually appealing and effectively convey the intended message.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze video performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in short-form video production and editing.
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts and scripts for videos.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for various social media platforms and devices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as a video producer or editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
