• Collaborate with the IT team to implement network improvements.
• Provide first-line support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document all network activities and incidents for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in network support or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Proficient in using network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and PRTG.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
