📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks, vans, and delivery vehicles, in accordance with safety regulations.
• Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to clients.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules using fleet management software such as Geotab or similar.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including vehicle inspections, driver logs, and adherence to traffic laws.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is ready for daily operations.
• Report any vehicle or equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Logistics Driver or similar role in the transportation industry.
• Valid driver's license for medium or heavy vehicles, with a clean driving record.
• Experience with fleet management software such as Geotab or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of South Jakarta's traffic conditions and delivery routes is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
