📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior store staff to ensure high levels of performance.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy of records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
