📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Process customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle cash deposits and reconcile bank statements.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor cashier operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
