📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning and fuel management.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems.,Handle emergency situations and implement safety procedures.,Communicate effectively with port authorities, other vessels, and shore personnel.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and maintenance needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with ECDIS and other modern navigation systems.,First Aid and Advanced Fire Fighting certifications.
