📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales process, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.,Update and maintain customer records and sales data.,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and sales tools.,Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
